Evergreen Veterinary Services
We are a hospice, palliative, and end of life veterinary home care practice owned and operated by passionate animal lovers who want to improve the physical, psychological, and emotional quality of life of our furry patients through comprehensive and cutting-edge medicine as well as offering comfort, support, and guidance to their family of caregivers.
Our mission is to provide in-home care to those who are no longer able to be cured but have life left to live, and for those whose time has come, a dignified and peaceful transition. Our vision is to normalize hospice, palliative, and end of life care in our community through client education, public outreach and presence, and outstanding experiences.
Dr. Melanie Culver is accredited through the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC) as well as the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) and has obtained Fear Free Level Elite recognition as well as Human Animal Bond certification. She is currently working towards accreditation in pain management through the International Veterinary Association for Pain Management (IVAPM).
